To verify your account, you must send an image of your ID Card (both sides) via chat or to the email at: [email protected]. Our team will do the rest and inform you once the account has been verified.

To make your deposit, you must do the following:

1.  Find the deposit button anywhere on the website - it is always seen on the right top side of your screen or whenever you are playing a game.

2. Select your preferred payment method by clicking on it and then enter the amount (in MXN) that you wish to deposit.

Note: Minimum and maximum limits can vary by method and are always displayed on the payment method card next to the logo.

3. Select your personal identification document type from the dropdown menu and write the document number under document ID.

4. Lastly click on the gift icon if you wish to also apply any bonus to your deposit.

5. Finalize your deposit by clicking on make deposit button and afterwards follow the specific instructions for your chosen payment method.

2. Enter the details and amount you want to deposit. Make sure to enter the minimum amount needed to trigger the bonus you want.

3. Click on the BONUS icon and select your desired bonus to apply it to your deposit. That’s it. After a successful transaction you will see the bonus active in your profile.

To make your withdrawal, you must do the following:

1. Navigate yourself to the top right side of the page and press on profile icon with your initials on it and then select profile from the dropdown menu which opens up your player profile.

2. Click on the withdraw funds button that is located on the bottom left of the side menu, which will open menu with available withdraw methods.

3. Select your preferred withdraw method by clicking on it and then fill out all the necessary information.
