These Terms and Conditions are effective from 14/06/2024. All previous terms and conditions are canceled.
1. By using, visiting and/or accessing any part (including, but not limited to, sub-domains, source code and/or website APIs, whether visible or not) of the Exitobet.com website or any other websites or applications that we own or operate (the “Website”) and/or registering on the Website, you agree to be bound by (i) these Terms and Conditions; (ii) our Privacy Policy; (iii) our Cookies Policy and (iv) the Rules applicable to our betting or gaming products as further referenced at paragraph 2 below (together the "Terms"), and are deemed to have accepted and understood all the Terms.
Please read the Terms carefully and if you do not accept the Terms, do not use, visit or access any part (including, but not limited to, sub-domains, source code and/or website APIs, whether visible or not) of the Website. The Terms shall also apply to all telephone betting and betting or gaming via mobile devices including downloadable applications to a mobile device (as if references to your use of the Website were references to your use of our telephone betting and/or mobile devices betting facilities).
Not all of the Terms & Conditions that apply between you and us are set out in these Terms & Conditions – some of them are contained in separate documents in order to avoid these Terms & Conditions becoming too long. If external separate Terms & Conditions apply (“Specific Terms & Conditions”), they will be mentioned in the corresponding section of the terms.
2.1 In these Terms and Conditions, “Exitobet”, the "Operator", "we", "our" or “us” refers to a company operated by Entertainment Art BV, licensed and regulated by the Central Government of Curaçao with eGaming License No. CIL #5536/JAZ (License Owner).
2.2 Exitobet provides online gambling services, and sports betting on the website Exitobet.com.
2.3 Reference to “you”, “your”, “player” or the “customer” is a reference to any person using the Website or the services of Exitobet and/or any registered customer of Exitobet.
2.4 The Terms & Conditions are concluded and executed in English. The Operator reserves the right to translate the Terms & Conditions into any other language. Any translation into another language will be made exclusively for the comfort of Players who play in territories where online gambling and betting are legal and use languages other than English.
2.5 The versions of the Terms & Conditions in other languages in no way imply or allow us to offer Operator services in countries where gambling and online betting are illegal.
2.5.1 If the content of the Terms & Conditions varies in any other language of the English version, the English version takes precedence. This also applies to the rules of the games, any text on the website as well as any information that has to do with bonus programs or bonus schemes.
2.6 We may need to change the Terms from time to time for a number of reasons (including to comply with applicable laws and regulations, and regulatory requirements). All changes will be published on the Website. The most up-to-date Terms will be available on the Website. Although Exitobet will use its reasonable endeavors to enforce its responsible gambling policies, Exitobet does not accept any responsibility or liability if you nevertheless continue gambling and/or seek to use the Website with the intention of deliberately avoiding the relevant measures in place and/or Exitobet is unable to enforce its measures/policies for reasons outside of Exitobet’s reasonable control.
2.8 When placing a bet, the only participants in this contractual relationship are:
a) Operator, the bookmaker who accepts bets at international events according to his license; and
b) You, the Player who makes the bets.
2.9 The legal relationship between the Operator and You is governed by the law of Curacao. All disputes that result from any bet or game will be resolved exclusively by the court with jurisdiction and local jurisdiction in Curacao.
2.9.1 As you are aware, the right to access and/or use the Website (including any or all of the products offered via the Website) may be illegal in certain countries. You are responsible for determining whether your accessing and/or use of the Website is compliant with applicable laws in your jurisdiction and you warrant to us that gambling is not illegal in the territory where you reside.
2.9.2 It is Your responsibility to comply with Your local/state/national laws and/or with the laws in Your jurisdiction of residence. Operator Services should not be treated as an offer, advertising, or invitation from the Operator to use or obtain bets or other services in jurisdictions where such activities are illegal. If it is forbidden to place bets in Your jurisdiction, then You are not allowed to bet.
2.10 By placing bets You accept the validity and relevance of, and agree to be legally bound by, Our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policies, and all relevant product rules and applicable conditions.
2.11 By placing bets You confirm that you have reached the age of 18 or, if more, the legal age defined by the gambling laws that apply to You. We reserve the right to verify Your age by requesting proof of your age.
2.12 By placing a bet You confirm that you are not aware of the outcome of the event.
2.13 By placing a bet You confirm that you are betting as a form of entertainment, that you are using the Services voluntarily, and that you are aware of the fact that you may lose money.
2.14 By placing a bet You are confirming that you are betting on personal interests and that You are not part of any organized union or betting scheme.
2.15 The Operator does not provide advice on tax or legal matters. The Operator, therefore, cannot be held liable and will be exempt from any responsibility by the Players for any loss, damage, loss of profits, fees, costs, and any other inconvenience that the Players may suffer due to the use of the services and products offered by Operator.
2.16 All bets placed through the website or through an affiliate agent are operated, accepted, placed, and processed exclusively in Curaçao.
2.17 Operator pays game taxes and other taxes in Curacao. Financial services are managed by Greatplan Ltd, 142 Cromwell Road, London, UK, Reg #5313739.
2.17.1 If necessary, it is your responsibility to declare and pay all taxes, duties, or encumbrances applicable to your deposits, winnings, bonuses, and, in general, any amount included at any time in your Player Account and will not withhold Exitobet responsible for any tax at all.
2.18 Operator reserves the right to modify the Terms & Conditions. The link at the bottom of the website always directs you to the latest version of the Terms & Conditions. It is Your responsibility to keep abreast of valid conditions. In case of major changes, defined by Us, you will be asked to reconfirm the Terms & Conditions. Each clause in these Terms & Conditions is autonomous and is separable from the other clauses. If any of the clauses become void, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses will remain in full force and effect.
2.19 These Terms and Conditions include and incorporate a series of additional terms, as follows:
2.19.1 The Terms and Conditions of bets;
2.19.2 The rules for casino games are found in each individual game;
2.19.3 The Privacy Policy;
2.19.4 Bonus Terms (Part C of these Terms and Conditions) Omitted intentionally;
2.19.5 Any additional terms and conditions of use for the end user to which we will ask you to confirm your agreement as part of your use of the Website from time to time.
3.1 To use the services provided by the Operator, the Player must open an account (a "Player Account"). Players must register personally. The Operator reserves the right to refuse any request for a player account. A player's registration may be rejected, or an account may be closed at the discretion of the licensee, but the contractual obligations already established will be fulfilled by the licensee.
3.2 Playing and betting/wagering on the Website is restricted to persons of legal age and of legal capacity as determined in the jurisdiction in which the Player resides, who has registered as a Player, and who has a Player Account with the Operator. It is prohibited to bet while you are a minor. In any case, you should not use Exitobet to play and bet if you are under 18 years of age. Any funds deposited by such a person will be returned to the person after the Game Operator has closed the Player Account and any winnings are lost.
3.3 You may not use the Website if you are a resident or located in any of the prohibited jurisdictions: Netherlands, Curaçao, Aruba, Bonaire, Sint Maarten, Sint Eustatius, Saba, France, United States of America, United Kingdom, Sweden, Australia, Austria, Czech Republic, Belgium, Germany, Hungary, Slovakia, Estonia, Spain, Serbia, Slovenia, Latvia, Ireland, Ontario (Canada), Poland, Switzerland, Lithuania.
3.4 Understand and acknowledge that the online community games and services provided on the Website are for entertainment purposes only. Any use of the Website for any other purpose or intention is strictly prohibited.
3.5 When opening a Player Account, you guarantee and declare that you:
3.5.1 are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age to bet in the jurisdiction in which he resides, if it is higher) and of legal capacity to place a bet/wager or register with Exitobet;
3.5.2 are legally able to enter into contracts;
3.5.3 have not been excluded from gambling (for example, self-excluded, blocked from the sites/services, excluded from a national self-exclusion registry);
3.5.4 have not yet closed a Player Account because you carry out a Prohibited Practice;
3.5.5 MUST provide accurate registration information when opening your account, which will include, at a minimum, your correct name, date of birth, your country of residence, your current address, email address and personal telephone number;
3.5.6 are opening your Player Account solely for your personal use, and you are acting on your behalf and not as an agent on behalf of a third party;
3.5.7 will not attempt to sell or in any way transfer the benefit of your account to third parties, nor will it acquire or attempt to acquire an account that has been opened in the name of a third party;
3.5.8 you are fully responsible for complying with your own local, national, federal, state, or other laws related to bets and games before opening an account, placing bets, or using our services. If you are in a country where the use of a particular service is prohibited, you must not
(i) register with us for the corresponding service;
(ii) attempt to use that service; or
(iii) use your payment card or other payment methods to place bets or games with us for illegal service;
3.5.9 you are not prohibited, for any reason, to bet with us or use the services.
3.6 The Player (including in this case any person requesting to become a Player) MUST always provide and maintain valid, complete, and correct information to the Operator. You must ensure that the information you provide is kept up-to-date, true, correct, accurate, and complete in all respects.
3.6.1 Where this is not the case, we reserve the right to suspend the account and treat any deposits into the gambling account as being invalid (and any winnings arising from such deposits as void). Where an account is suspended, the relevant customer should Contact Us.
3.7 When registering, Exitobet allows all its customers to choose their own Password. It is recommended that the password complies with general password recommendations, such as including a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters. It is not recommended to use personal information or common words as passwords. Players must always log in to the Website using an email address along with their password.
3.7.1 Players may not allow anyone other than themselves to use their player account to access and/or use any material or information from the game system, accept any prize, and/or participate in any of the games. It is strictly forbidden to sell, transfer and/or acquire player accounts to or from other players.
3.8 Customers must keep login information secret and confidential as you are responsible for all bets/wagers placed on your account and any other activities taking place on your account.
3.8.1 The password should never be written or communicated to any other person and should be changed regularly. You are required to keep the information, email, and password of your Player Account secret and confidential, and you are solely responsible for all activity and/or use of the services through your Player Account.
3.8.2 In the event that you are aware of any known or suspected unauthorized use of your Player Account or any breach of security, you must immediately Contact Us to suspend your Player Account.
3.8.3 Any unauthorized use of your electronic identification, email, or password will be considered as your use and you are responsible for all activity and/or charges to your Player Account until such notification is made to the Operator.
3.9 Exitobet reserves the right to close or suspend your account at any time and for any reason. Without limiting the preceding sentence, Exitobet must suspend your Player Account if any of the following conditions are met:
3.9.1 if you are a customer of any prohibited country and we cannot verify your identity at the time of registering, before you can deposit in your account;
3.9.2 we cannot perform Verification to our satisfaction in accordance with Section 4;
3.9.3 we cannot confirm player identity within 30 days after the deposit reached the threshold of 40,000.00 MXN (or its currency equivalent on your registered account) based on a 180 days period;
3.9.4 you become bankrupt;
3.9.5 Exitobet considers that you have used the Website in a fraudulent manner or for illegal and/or unlawful or improper purposes;
3.9.6 Exitobet considers that you have used the Website in an unfair manner, have deliberately cheated or taken unfair advantage of Exitobet or any of its customers, or if your account is being used for the benefit of a third party;
3.9.7 Exitobet considers that you have opened or are using any additional accounts to conceal your activity or to avoid measures put in place on other active or inactive accounts;
3.9.8 Exitobet considers that you have deliberately provided incomplete or inaccurate information when registering with the site or during our verification processes;
3.9.9 Exitobet is requested to do so by the police, any governmental or other regulatory authority, court, or other authority of competent jurisdiction, law, or applicable regulation;
3.9.10 Exitobet considers that any of the events referred to in 3.9.1 to 3.9.9 above may have occurred or are likely to occur; or
3.9.11 your account is deemed to be dormant and its balance is, or reaches zero.
3.10 You can only open one Player Account. If we have reason to believe that:
3.10.1 you registered and/or have used more than one Player Account with us; or
3.10.2 In collusion with one or more persons using several different accounts, we will have the right to consider these accounts as "Multiple Accounts" and treat them in accordance with the suspension clause.
3.11 We will have the right to suspend or close any Multiple Accounts. If we close Multiple Accounts:
3.11.1 all bonuses, bonus bets, and accumulated winnings of such bonuses and bonus bets obtained with Multiple Accounts will be void and will be canceled by us;
3.11.2 we may, in our sole discretion, cancel all winnings and reimburse all deposits (fewer amounts than zero earnings) made with respect to Multiple Accounts and, to the extent that we do not recover it from the Multiple Accounts correspondingly, any amounts that we reimburse with respect to Multiple Accounts may be directly recovered from any other of your Player Accounts (including any other Multiple Accounts).
3.12 If Exitobet closes or suspends your account for any of the reasons referred to in 3.9 to 3.11 above, you shall be liable for any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses incurred or suffered by Exitobet (together “Claims”) arising therefrom and shall indemnify and hold Exitobet harmless on demand for such Claims. In the circumstances referred to 3.9 to 3.11 above, Exitobet shall also be entitled to void any bets or other activity and withhold and/or retain any and all amounts which would otherwise have been paid or payable to you (including any winnings, Bet Credits or bonus payments).
3.13 Exitobet will apply an Administration Fee to all accounts that have been ‘inactive’ for a consecutive period of at least 365 days in accordance with the following procedure. An account is deemed to be ‘inactive’ during any period in which none of the following actions take place in relation to it: (i) a successful deposit; (ii) a Sports bet is placed; or (iii) participation in any Casino, Poker, Games or Bingo product.
(a) If your account remains ‘inactive’ for a continuous period of 365 days then your account shall be deemed to be ‘dormant’ and, if the balance on your account is zero, your account will be closed and no fee shall apply.
(b) If, on being deemed to be dormant, your account has a positive balance, Exitobet shall take reasonable steps to notify you using the details you provided during your registration process (or as updated by you).
(c) If your account remains dormant, after a minimum period of 28 days following Exitobet’s first attempt to notify you that your account has become dormant, Exitobet shall deduct a monthly Administration Fee from your account balance of 200.00 MXN (or currency equivalent), or 5% of your account balance at the time that it is deemed to be dormant (whichever is greater).
(d) The Administration Fee calculated in accordance with (c) above shall be deducted from your account balance on the expiry of the 28-day notification period mentioned above and every 28 days thereafter at the same rate until the earlier of: (i) your account balance reaching zero when no further Administration Fee shall be deducted and your account will be closed; or (ii) you ‘reactivating’ your account when no further Administration Fee shall be deducted.
3.14 You can ‘reactivate’ your account by: (i) making a successful deposit; (ii) placing a Sports bet; or (iii) playing/taking part in any Casino, Poker, Games or Bingo product.
3.15 You can request a refund of any Administration Fees by contacting our Customer Service department.
4.1 Deposits can only be made through the Website. You can use any of the methods specified on the Deposit page of the Website. The available payment methods, the associated rates, and the requirements may vary according to the time, as well as the country and the financial institution in question.
4.2 All deposits will be credited to the player's account once payment processing has taken place.
4.3 Players need to check their Cashier for the details on minimum deposit amounts, as well as the payment options.
4.4 In the event that a transfer is initially accepted and, therefore, is shown in the Player Account and the Operator receives a notification from the card issuer later that the transfer for any reason will be canceled, The Operator will temporarily suspend the Player's Account for suspected fraud or stolen Credit Card and may, at its discretion, suspend or cancel any bet or bet already made.
4.5 A bet can only be placed on the internet.
(a) The Operator will not accept a bet from a Player unless there are sufficient funds in the Player Account to cover the amount of the bet.
(b) The Operator reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet.
(c) The Operator will not grant any credit to a Player and may not use any amount credited in error in order to place a bet or withdraw from the account.
(d) The Player must not treat the Operator as a bank or other financial institution. Neither deposits nor profits generate interest, that is, the Player will not receive any interest on the balance of the Player's Account.
(e) Players do not have the right to make transfers between players or between different player accounts.
4.6 If Exitobet considers that you are using the Website for any reason other than the authorised purpose, Exitobet shall be entitled to close or suspend your account and you shall:
(a) be liable for any and all claims incurred arising therefrom; and
(b) indemnify Exitobet on demand for such claims.
4.7 In addition, Exitobet shall be entitled to withhold and/or retain any and all amounts earned or received by you as a result of or in connection with your ‘unauthorised’ use of the Website including activities which are not for an authorised purpose.
4.8 The Operator will treat all Deposits made in a Player Account as intended by the Player solely for the purposes of you using such money to place bets/wagers on the Website. We reserve the right to obtain information about the scope of your intended game while providing identification information to the Operator. We shall be entitled to suspend or close your account if we reasonably consider or have reason to believe that you are depositing money without any intention to place bets/wagers. In such circumstances we may also report this to relevant authorities.
4.9 All bets are binding on the Player when they are placed and cannot be canceled, except as expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions. If a bet is placed or a hand is played with the player's account, that player will be deemed to have made it and, therefore, is valid.
4.10 No credit will be offered by any employee of Exitobet, and all bets must be supported by sufficient funds in the customer account. Exitobet reserves the right to void any bet/wager which may have inadvertently been accepted when the account did not have sufficient funds to cover the bet/wager. Should funds be credited to a customer's account in error it is the customer's responsibility to inform Exitobet without delay. Exitobet will recover such funds by account adjustment.
4.11 The Operator strives whenever possible to ensure total protection for all players, player accounts, and their bets. However, there are certain events that are beyond the control of the Operator and the Player acknowledges that the games are played through the Internet and, in the case of mobile devices, through the cellular mobile phone networks. These are the media that are known to be imperfect.
4.11.1 If a player has bet on a game but it has not started when it is disconnected due to a technical failure, the game will not take place.
4.11.2 If the Player has bet and the game has started when the game is disconnected, the game will be registered on the game servers and the bet will be maintained and the result will be reflected in the status of the Player's Account, and if the Player wins, the amount will be credited to the player's account.
4.11.3 The Player understands that, in case of disconnection, the records stored on the game server will be the final authority to determine the terms of the bets placed and the circumstances in which said bets were made.
4.11.4 The Operator reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to stop offering an announced game and withdraw a scheduled game activity. In this case, all the games started but not completed will be canceled and bets will be refunded to the Player.
4.11.5 At any time and without prior notice, Exitobet can stop offering an advertised game and withdraw a scheduled game activity.
4.12 The operator does not charge any type of fee for deposits or withdrawals under normal circumstances. Certain scenarios may apply, where fees will be charged based on the situation (see Terms 7.14, 7.15, 7.17, 7.18). Financial institutions, card providers, banks and other third-party payment processors however may charge a fee for processing payments ("Third-party payment processor fees") and cash deposit providers may charge additional fee on location.
4.13 By choosing a payment method, you accept the terms of that payment method and accept the charges that apply. You agree that the payment method is valid, that the account or payment card belongs to you and that you have the right to use the payment method.
4.14 A player can log in to his player account at any time and see a summary of his account that would show all transactions made in that player account, namely deposits, bonuses, winnings and withdrawals. Players can contact Customer Service and request the history of betting transactions.
4.14.1 In the event that the Player notices an error, he must notify the Game Operator immediately so that the error can be corrected. Players must report such errors within 90 days after the date it first appeared on the account statement available in the Player Account.
4.15 The Game Operator has all customer funds separated from company funds and arrangements have been made to ensure that assets in customer accounts are distributed to customers in the event of insolvency. This means that measures have been taken to protect client funds, but that there is no absolute guarantee that all funds will be reimbursed.
5.1 The regulations against money laundering and gambling regulations require us to make check on you to verify your identity and (if necessary) the source of funds deposited by you ("Checks"):
5.1.1 you agree to promptly provide us with any information we request in relation to such check, and we reserve the right to request proof of age documentation and evidence to verify your identity or the source of your funds, including certified documentation, from you anytime;
5.1.2 until the relevant Checks are completed for our reasonable satisfaction, and the requested information has been provided, we have the right to restrict your Player Account in any way we may deem appropriate, even preventing you from placing any bets or wagers, or withdraw your funds, until the Checks are completed successfully.
5.2 We reserve the right, reasonably, to suspend or cancel your Player Account when we are unable to complete these Checks or to our full satisfaction.
5.3 We may provide the information you provide to authorized credit reference agencies and/or fraud prevention agencies (to confirm your identity and card details). You agree that we may process, use, register and disclose the personal information you provide in connection with your registration and that such personal data may be registered by us or by third parties. 5.4 The documents or information we request may depend on the jurisdiction in which you reside. We reserve the right, on our sole discretion, to determine what verification documents we require to carry out these Checks. To allow us to make these Checks we may ask you to provide a clear copy of (and you agree to provide them immediately, upon request):
5.5 Below is a non-exhaustive list of additional documentation and/or information that we may request for this purpose:
5.6 The game operator will control all bets and transactions in the account. It is prohibited and illegal to deposit money directly or indirectly acquired by illegal means. Therefore, all transactions are verified to prevent money laundering and all suspicious transactions will be reported to the Game Operator Money Laundering Reports Officer (MLRO) who will inform the relevant authorities of according to our regulatory obligations. If, in a single instance, or for a period of time, we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you are using your Player Account for purposes other than the legal placement of a bet, for example,
5.6.1 ask additional verification questions and / or for documents,
5.6.2 return any deposit or deposit bet no deposit the original deposit method or, where this is not possible, to a bank account that has your name with a description of the transaction we see fit;
5.6.3 withhold payment of your real money balance without providing a reason;
5.6.4 close or block your Player Account indefinitely without providing reasons and informing the relevant authorities; or/and
5.6.5 to help or initiate a relevant criminal or civil proceeding against you.
6.1 Exitobet shall not be liable for any errors regarding bets or when we have reason to believe that any of the following circumstances have occurred:
6.1.1 There is an obvious error or a printing error in a payment. Table or any other typographical or photographic error;
6.1.2 The Operator has continued to accept bets by mistake in closed or suspended markets;
6.1.3 Any technical error in which bet or bets have been offered, placed and/or accepted due to this error or that includes it, including the place where bets or wagers that have not been accepted during periods have been made in which the Website was affected by technical aspects;
6.1.4 Any other error, such as a human or systemic error by an employee or contractor;
6.1.5 Minimum and maximum wager amounts on all events will be determined by us and are subject to change without prior written notice. We also reserve the right to adjust limits on individual Accounts as well.
6.2 In the event of a cancellation under any provision of section 6.1, the bet or bets may be canceled and the bet, bets, bonuses received and winnings already accrued will be considered void and invalid and the Player Account will be returned to your beginning balance. For the avoidance of doubt, the initial balance is the balance that the Player had in the Player's Account before the wrong betting activity minus the bonuses received and the accumulated winnings thereof. In the event of an error remittable to the suppliers of the Operator or other third parties, Section 6.3 below shall apply.
6.3 We reserve the right to limit or reject any bet you wish to place on the Website. We will not seek to impose such restriction on a player who, before being notified of the restriction, has made valid bets on a bonus bet promotion, as this would significantly affect the consumer's ability to complete the qualifying bets required by that bet of bonus.
7.1 You can withdraw your own real money deposits and winnings saved in your Player Account at any time provided that:
7.1.1 Your document, and your email or phone number have been verified;
7.1.2 All payments made to your Player Account have been confirmed as approved and have not been returned, revoked or otherwise canceled;
7.1.3 There is currently no ongoing investigation about a game defect related to a game that has been played and that requires a temporary freeze in the withdrawal of funds or when we have reason to believe that a Prohibition Act may have been carried out (as defined in Section 8).
7.2 To withdraw the money earned, you must make the corresponding request through www.Exitobet.com in the ‘Withdrawals’ section. Withdrawals are charged through the requested means.
7.3 To make your withdrawals, the account must be validated. To validate your account, you must provide us with an image of your valid document (both sides if the document is an ID card) via provided methods of contact. For the following withdrawals, it will not be necessary to comply with this condition, since your account will already be validated. However, for following withdrawals where there have been prior deposits with credit cards, Exitobet may request for copies of the credit card (both front and back of the card). Exitobet then advises You to only leave the first 6 Digits and the last 4 Digits of the card visible. This is for your own protection. Also cover the CVV/CVV2 number at the back side of the card.
7.4 A confirmation will be sent when the withdrawal has been processed and approved by us.
7.5 The client must consider that the ownership of the virtual account must coincide with the ownership of the payment withdrawal method provided to us, otherwise the withdrawal request will be denied.
7.6 The evaluation of your withdrawal request will be carried out during the next business day after the request (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered). However, Exitobet may extend said period if it considers it.

23.6.3 In case of violation of any requirement of the bonus programs, and also if there is any evidence of recurrent bets at one and the same event from a group of customers, or conspiracy, regardless of the result of the given bets, Exitobet reserves the right to deprive these players from a bonus and to consider the corresponding bets as invalid. For the purposes of protection against fraud the company has the right to demand a document from the client proving identity before transferring a bonus.
23.6.4 Any Bonus is only available once per person, family, household, address, e-mail address, credit card number, bank account, telephone number, computer/device and/or IP address.
23.6.5 Any "welcome" Bonuses are only available to new customers who open an account on the Website and who have never held an account on the Website before, have never received a welcome offer of any kind and who are invited to take part in a welcome offer by virtue of it being specifically offered to them when they register on the Website.
23.6.6 Some bonuses must be manually activated by you in Your Account. Unless stated otherwise, you can do this after logging into Your Account and depositing the amount required to access the Bonus. Such Bonuses can only be activated when real money is available in Your Account. If you play with any of your deposited funds prior to claiming the Bonus, lost funds cannot be used to activate the Bonus.
23.6.7 All Bonuses have a wagering requirement that needs to be completed within a given time frame before any potential winnings and/or bonuses can be withdrawn. The Wagering Requirements of a Bonus means the total amount of bets you must stake before the Bonus and any accrued winnings are transferred into your Cash Balance and can be withdrawn. The Wagering Requirements for each Bonus are set out in the specific terms for the Bonus and will be expressed as a multiple of the Bonus amount, or of the Bonus plus the Deposit amount, along with a time limit by which this amount must be played through. Failure to meet the required wagering requirements and/or forfeit of an active Bonus for any reason may result in the forfeit of all winnings attained throughout the wagering process of the Bonus. Any attempt to withdraw any funds or cash out any placed bets prior to the complete fulfillment of the Bonus wagering requirement, may result in the Bonus and any winnings attained being forfeited. System bets do not count towards the wagering requirements. Only bets that have been placed and settled during the campaign period will be considered towards the wagering requirements. Any bets that are placed and settled outside this period will not count.
23.6.8 Where any Bonus is capable of (for example due to enhanced odds) giving you guaranteed or increased chances of profits irrespective of the outcome; and we have any evidence or reasonable suspicion that you have placed a bet or multiple bets (alone or in a group of players), then we may withdraw the Bonus and all winnings attained by you during the wagering of the Bonus and we may also close Your account and withhold all funds remaining on Your Account at our absolute discretion.
23.6.9 If you cancel the Bonus, you will lose the Bonus and all winnings generated from the Bonus. Details on the applicable restrictions can be found in the specific terms of the promotion.
23.6.10 We have the right to refuse any player of a Bonus or we may alter the Bonus (including cancellation), if we believe that:
23.6.10.1 The Bonus is being abused (our definition of abuse includes but is not limited to a player making use of promotional offers without ever risking their own funds);
23.6.10.2 Technical issues have occurred in relation to the Bonus;
23.6.10.3 The Bonus is, for any reason, not able to be conducted as planned.
23.6.11 We offer promotions in good faith to players who use our services for entertainment purposes. We reserve the right to cancel or remove a player’s access to these games in the case of suspected abuse of this offer and also, should we deem so necessary, terminate the offender’s account with immediate effect. In the case of an offender’s account being closed, we will not be liable to refund any losses made by a player on any games or to refund any balances on the players account. ‘Abuse’ includes but is not limited to using software and/or opening multiple accounts in order to gain an unfair advantage on a Bonus. In all cases of abuse, we retain the right to withhold all winnings and any balances remaining on Your Account.
Therefore: If we notice that a bonus is being abused and/or the bonus terms are being breached, we may take the following actions against such abusers:
23.6.11.1 Revoke and/or cancel any bonuses and bonus winnings that we regard may have been redeemed by misuse of the system; and/or
23.6.11.2 Players found to be abusing bonus offers may be barred from receiving further bonuses; and/or
23.6.11.3 Abusing player accounts may be terminated.
23.6.12 A list of what may be deemed abuse may include but is not limited to:
23.6.12.1 Using more than one account;
23.6.12.2 Equal, zero or low margin bets;
23.6.12.3 Placing bets in excess of the maximum stake allowed when having an active bonus is 100.00 MXN per game round or 10.00 MXN per line (or equivalent in your currency), unless stated differently in bonus specific terms and conditions;
23.6.12.4 Wagering bonuses on excluded games;
23.6.12.5 Collision;
23.6.12.6 Manipulation of software, exploitation of loopholes or other technical forms of abuse or other behavior which amounts to deliberate cheating;
23.6.12.7 Masking IP address or using a VPN.
23.6.13 All Bonuses are intended for recreational players and/or as tokens of appreciation to our customers and we therefore reserve the right to restrict eligibility to participate in all or part of any Bonus.
23.6.14 Unless stated otherwise in the Specific Terms and Conditions on the bonus landing page, all Bonuses in Casino have a max bet restriction in place of 100.00 MXN per game round or 10.00 MXN bet per line (or currency equivalent) and failure to adhere to this max bet rule may result in account closure and forfeit of the Bonus and any winnings attained during the wagering of the Bonus.
23.6.15 Irregular Play
At any time, we may decide to review all records and play transactions and/or to monitor your use of any Bonus or Bonuses. If Irregular play is suspected, we reserve the right to disqualify you from any free spins/bonus spins promotion or Bonus or other form of promotion and/or withhold all deposits and/or winnings and/or close Your Account. Irregular play is considered bonus abuse and is not permitted on the Website. Irregular play can include (but is not limited to) low margin betting, equal betting, zero risk bets or hedge betting. These are considered Irregular Play when done purposely to exploit bonuses, in addition the following types of play are considered irregular play:
23.6.15.1 Increasing the balance and then changing Your gaming pattern significantly (bet, game type, bet structure or other pattern of betting) to complete any wagering requirements of any Bonus;
23.6.15.2 Using any betting system or placing even money bets on any game of chance, and/or Using the "Double-Up" or gamble feature within a game to increase win values;
23.6.15.3 Increasing your balance after placing high value bets and thereafter proceeding to place bets of less than half of the prior bet value, in order to meet bonus wagering requirements;
23.6.15.4 Wagering on Games that do not contribute towards wagering requirements or games with a 0% wagering weight applied to them as specified in the specific bonus landing page terms;
23.6.15.5 Wagering on games with special progressive features, that are otherwise excluded from the bonus wagering conditions, with bonus money to build up value or stack up bonus features, lose the bonus and then cash out on the built-up value with a secondary deposit.
